New Designs!!!!!
I am all created out, but after a week I have managed to make 65 new cards, some of which I had been planning for ages....

More new stuff!
I did so much tonight I wasn't able to get it all onto the new website - hopefully I shall get it all on tomorrow during the day.
I started a couple and the direction seemed to change....have you ever noticed that? You sit down to make one design in your head and it changes so you end up with something completely different! I am really pleased with what I did though, the creative juices are definitely flowing. I think I did about 18 cards in four hours! I had a great play around with my new punches. I did some flower ones that use fab colour mixes, and added some simplier ones for those brides that are on a strict budget!
I shall be back tomorrow with some more new stuff!

New Designs
Here is a sneak preview of one of our collections! The wording has been printed on pearlescent paper, mounted on card and then wrapped with vellum and ribbon - simple yet gorgeous!
Today I bought some new stamps, and borrowed some ink pads from my sister with powder and a heat gun, so next week I am going to start melting the powder to create some embossed stationery. We only have lilac at the momenty - but I should get some new colours in very soon! I am going to order some right now actually...no time like the present!

Don't you just love the internet
Look what I found, a picture of the hospital where I was born! I was born in October 1982 and the hospital closed in 1983, so I haven't seen it before!
Quite interesting really, I also read an interview from 2003 from one of the midwives that used to work there.....perhaps she helped to deliver me!

A great find
Have a look at this site - it really is fab.
I was browsing last night, and not really doing much so I was just having a nosy. I came across this site while looking through other peoples blogs (I did say I was being nosy) anyway, this company looks fantastic. Hungry Designs have some wonderful ideas......and I plan to have another look around their etsy shop, as I was very impressed with their jewellery. It really had some gorgeous pieces that appealed to me.
Amanda Whitelaw is the main driving force behind Hungry Designs, and would love to open a teashop to serve her beautiful cupcakes on comfy squashy sofas. I really might consider a holiday to England if this is their idea of entertainment. Imagine catching up with the girls in an environment like that - bliss!
Amanda has spent the last wee while screen printing little bags for her first craft fair - you can read more about it here: http://hungrydesigns.blogspot.com/
I hope to place my first order in the next week or so, and I am going to ask for one of these bags - I think they look well cute!
As for Amanda, based on the gorgeous items I have seen her create so far I am sure that we will be seeing much bigger things from this one - and I can't wait!
